Because every Fittd suit is custom made to your individual measurements, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements at the time of order. We strongly recommend using our Measurement Guide before submitting your order to ensure the best possible fit.
If your suit does not match the measurements you submitted due to a manufacturing error, we will remake or repair the garment at no additional cost.
If your suit fits differently than expected due to measurement inaccuracies, we offer an alteration credit of up to $50 AUD to help cover the cost of adjustments at a local tailor of your choice. Please contact us with photos and details of the fit issue within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible.
